Payment by Advance Bank Transfer must be completed within 24 hours by sending the bank transfer receipt to the email info@staminax.it indicating the order number in the Subject.

 

Return

In the event of a defect, the report must be made by completing the "Complaint" form. Defects can always be reported throughout the product's validity period (PAO). For further details, please refer to the page dedicated to the Conditions of Sale.

 

Reconsideration

The Buyer has the right to return the product, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from delivery, the returned product must be intact and closed (the warranty seals affixed to each product will be valid), the return costs and the responsibility during transport for the return will be entirely under the responsibility of the Customer, for further details please refer to the Page dedicated to the Conditions of Sale.
